All are invited to attend the installation Mass of Rev. Michael Simone, S.J., on Sunday, Nov. 17, at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of the Gesu.
The Most Rev. Bishop Jeffrey R. Haines will preside over the Mass. A reception will be held in the upper church after Mass at approximately 11:30 a.m.
Previously, Simone was an assistant professor at Boston College teaching scripture and preaching. He also lived in Dublin, Ireland, briefly, serving on the staff of Morningstar Hostel for the Homeless. He began his duties at Gesu on July 1.
