Cap and gown pickup for undergraduate Commencement will take place from May 7-9 in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms.
Undergraduates must schedule an appointment via SignUpGenius to pick up their apparel. There is no charge for apparel, and pickup only takes a few minutes. If the student cannot pick up their own apparel, a friend or a relative may come in their place.
Students can pick up their apparel:
- Tuesday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Students must have their Herff Jones order confirmation, printed out or on a phone, to pick up apparel.
Pleasant Prairie MSN graduates do not need to schedule an appointment via the link above to pick up academic apparel. Students will receive instructions on apparel pickup at the Pleasant Prairie campus from the College of Nursing.
Apparel for Law, Dental, and Health Sciences Professional graduates will be distributed by the individual colleges.
