Join the Latinx Research Community on Thursday, Feb. 22, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the 707 Hub for “Critical Reflections on Research and Community.” This panel will offer perspectives on how to build community-engaged research partnerships and implement best practices, as well as critical reflection on our positionality as scholars at Marquette.
Panelists include:
- Dr. Ayleen Cabas Mijares, assistant professor of journalism and media studies in the Diederich College of Communication
- Dr. Sergio Gonzalez, assistant professor of history in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
- Dr. Julissa Ventura, assistant professor of educational policy and leadership in the College of Education
