Due to the excessive heat warning issued by the National Weather Service through the evening of Thursday, Aug. 24, New Student Convocation has been moved inside to the air conditioned Al McGuire Center, located at 770 N. 12th St. The program will begin at 4 p.m. as planned. Guests can enter from both sets of doors on N. 12th Street.
President Michael R. Lovell and other university leaders look forward to welcoming new students and their families to the Marquette community. Please note that there is limited seating for this event and some views inside the Al McGuire Center are obstructed. The program will be livestreamed below. Popsicles from Pete’s Pops will be available at the Al McGuire Center after the program. We hope to see you at this special event celebrating our new students and families!
