Join the Institute for Women’s Leadership for its spring 2023 WISDOM Lunch with women in chemistry on Monday, Feb. 13, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. in O’Brien Hall, Room 417.
WISDOM is an ongoing series that highlights women and nonbinary individuals in STEM and SBE science fields. In addition to discussing the challenges that underrepresented groups face in STEM fields, all graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to network with panelists.
The panel will feature alumnae from the field of chemistry, including the following:
- Josephine Nakhla, global quality compliance at Kraft Heinz
- Amanda Baum-Wagner, senior associate chemistry at SC Johnson
- Fathiya Jahan, analytical chemist at Sterling Pharma Solutions
While panelists are typically women, these events are open to all genders, as allyship is a vital component in conversations about equity.
Lunch will be provided.
