The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) hosts Campus Sustainability Month through October. This annual event celebrates higher education sustainability achievements while raising awareness of the value of sustainability in higher education. To celebrate and kickoff a new year of sustainability advancements, Marquette will host the following events throughout the month:
- Tuesday, Oct 4, 12:30 p.m. | St. Joan of Arc Chapel
- Energy Efficiency Day event and giveaways
- Wednesday, Oct. 5, 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. | AMU 1st floor
- Sustainability Trivia co-hosted by MU Sustainability Interns and Late Night MU
- Thursday, Oct. 6, 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. | Sports Annex
- Friday, Oct. 14, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. | AMU 2nd floor
- T-shirt to Tote Bag activity with Marquette Sustainability
- Wednesday, Oct. 26, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. | Eckstein Tower Lobby
- Thursday, Oct. 26 and Friday, Oct. 27
