Fellows participate in a 21-month study/work program while earning a master’s degree in one of fourteen fields of study.

While engaged in full-time graduate study, Trinity Fellows work at selected nonprofit organization partners in the Milwaukee area, where they work on meaningful, substantive projects. Fellows work at their agencies 18 hours per week during their academic year and 40 hours per week during the summer, between academic years.
