Author and professor Dr. David Perry will provide a lecture on writing for public scholarship on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 3 p.m. in the Lunda Room.
Perry, associate director of undergraduate studies for the Department of History at the University of Minnesota, is the author of “The Public Scholar,” which offers a clear, candid and practical guide to writing for public audiences.
All members of the Marquette community are welcome. Registration is encouraged but not required. There will be limited free copies of “The Public Scholar” available for attendees.
