Applications are now being accepted for the Marquette FELOS leadership development program (Cohort VIII), which will take place during the 2027-28 academic year. Full-time faculty, either newly appointed to a leadership role or who aspire toward a more formal leadership role on campus are encouraged to apply.
The FELOS program has been designed to introduce faculty to the complexities, challenges and joys of leadership with a specific emphasis on academic leadership at a Catholic and Jesuit university.
