Marquette Business will host AI for Business Leaders, a free, two-hour interactive session designed to help business executives, local professionals and Marquette alumni, faculty and staff direct artificial intelligence toward meaningful outcomes.
The event will take place from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30 in the Michels Family Forum, Room 150, in O’Brien Hall. Space is limited, and interested individuals are encouraged to register early.
Co-sponsored by HumanSkills.ai and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), the event will feature executives and AI experts sharing best practices and success stories. Participants will explore how they can drive AI toward impactful outputs that can improve workflows, accelerate professional outcomes and boost business performance.
Todd McLees, co-founder of HumanSkills.ai and a leading expert in human-AI collaboration, will lead the session. His work focuses on using AI to unlock capacity, elevate performance and support well-being in the AI economy.
“Building AI agents is getting easier every day, and they’re moving from experimentation into real-world business applications,” says McLees. “More than simply producing outcomes, the important work is deciding what outcome matters, supplying the right context, setting boundaries, applying human judgment and determining whether the result creates value. That’s precisely what this session will explore.”
The event will begin with an executive-led discussion that examines how organizations are using AI agents, where they are creating value and what business leaders are learning as they move beyond experimentation.
Attendees will also participate in a live AI agent build experience demonstrated by Regal Rexnord. This one-hour interactive session will showcase the creation and deployment of AI agents across functions such as sales and customer service. The demonstration will explore the organization’s approach to adoption, governance, business impact and scale. No coding or building is required. Attendees will observe the demonstration, ask questions about the decisions behind it and engage in discussion throughout the session.
