The Institute for Women’s Leadership is partnering with the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast to host “Her Future is Our Future: A Conversation about Girls’ Academic Success & Well-Being in WI,” on Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Weasler Auditorium.
This free community event will share key data and insights on the experiences, challenges and opportunities facing girls in Wisconsin today. They will cover topics such as academic success, mental health, career readiness and actionable opportunities for schools, employers, health professionals and community leaders to take a stand.
The conversation will be followed by a reception with light refreshments, offering a chance for continued networking and connection. All who are interested in learning more about this research and advancing the mission and vision of IWL and Girl Scouts are welcome.
