The Marquette community is invited to help welcome students to campus to kick off the 2026-27 academic year. This opportunity will enable students to feel a sense of belonging from the moment they arrive on campus.
The Warm Welcome Crew is a team of student, faculty and staff volunteers who create an energetic, welcoming environment during Move In and New Student Orientation. Whether you’re helping students unload their belongings, greeting families, sharing directions, extending hospitality, helping at an event or celebrating as new Golden Eagles arrive, your presence helps set the tone for a successful start to the Marquette experience. Upperclassmen are encouraged to take part in addition to faculty and staff.
Opportunities to volunteer are available from Aug. 26-Sept. 1. Learn more about positions and volunteer opportunities online. The deadline to RSVP is Monday, Aug. 17.
