The Graduate School at Marquette University will welcome incoming graduate students with a comprehensive orientation program on Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Weasler Auditorium.
The orientation is designed to help students transition to graduate school by introducing key university resources, services and academic policies. All new graduate students are required to attend, either in person or virtually.
The program includes two parts:
- 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Students can visit resource and service tables outside Weasler Auditorium. During this time, they may also pick up their Marquette ID cards at Union Station on the first floor of the Alumni Memorial Union and participate in an optional campus tour beginning at 4:30 p.m.
- 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: A formal orientation presentation in Weasler Auditorium will cover academic expectations, student support services and other essential information for new graduate students.
Students planning to attend in person are encouraged to RSVP as soon as possible.
