Digital Detox Challenge: Reduce technology use to increase mindfulness and earn My Wellness Points

To support spiritual and emotional well-being, the final My Wellness program challenge of the year encourages participants to reduce their technology use, creating more opportunities for reflection and mindfulness.

The Digital Detox Challenge encourages participants to build greater awareness and connection by exploring the benefits of reducing technology use. Through practical tips and weekly activities, employees will learn to become more mindful of their technology habits and identify ways to limit screen time. Topics include unplugging during meals, at work, before bed and while on vacation. Participants will also be encouraged to track at least three tech-free activities each week throughout the challenge.

Registration for the Digital Detox Challenge is now open. The challenge runs Monday, July 13, through Sunday, Aug. 9. Those who complete and record at least three activities for each of the four weeks of the challenge will receive 25 My Wellness points. All activity must be recorded by the end of the day on Monday, Aug. 10. This is final wellness challenge in the 2025-26 My Wellness program year and thus the final opportunity to earn 25 My Wellness points before the My Wellness program year ends on Aug. 14.
