Marquette advances holistic corporate engagement strategy with new partnership

President Kimo Ah Yun announced a new partnership with UNITE, a leading consultancy that helps connect universities and industry, to advance Marquette’s holistic corporate engagement strategy and coordinate efforts and outreach across the university.

Over the next six to nine months, UNITE will work with Marquette leaders to explore an integrated approach to managing corporate relationships, create a shared definition of engagement areas, refine best practices and emerging opportunities, and identify our top corporate partnerships. This work is made possible through donor funding along with resources from the President’s Office.

Senior Advisor Tim Hanley will lead the effort, drawing on his previous experience both as a seasoned global executive and acting dean in the College of Business Administration, with support from University Advancement. Leadership and stakeholders from across campus will have opportunities to contribute through two facilitated input sessions this fall.

“The initiative represents an important university-wide opportunity to build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners,” says President Ah Yun. “Those, in turn, will open doors for us to advance Marquette’s mission and impact in new ways.”
