Sydney Gang, a third-year law student and founder of Skip the Warm-Up LLC, will appear on Season 10 of “Project Pitch It,” Wisconsin’s premier startup pitch show that highlights emerging entrepreneurs from across the state.
Skip the Warm-Up is a wearable health-tech startup focused on developing heated knee sleeves designed to deliver continuous heat therapy while allowing users to remain active. The idea for the company was inspired by Gang’s personal experience with knee injuries, as well as her mother’s long-standing struggle with arthritis.
Gang launched the company while balancing the demands of law school, working to bring a more practical, movement-friendly approach to heat therapy. Her work has already gained traction through early product testing, university support and participation in entrepreneurship programs.
Her appearance on “Project Pitch It” marks a significant milestone, providing an opportunity to share both her personal story and her startup with a statewide audience. This week, she appeared on WISN 12 to promote the show.
Season 10 of “Project Pitch It,” will air on WISN 12, showcasing innovative businesses and the journeys behind them. Gang appears on Episode 3, which will air on Saturday, April 25, at 10:35 p.m.
