President Kimo Ah Yun has named a search committee to identify the next vice president for mission and ministry. The national search follows the December 2025 announcement that Rev. John Thiede, S.J., was transitioning out of the role; Rev. James Pribek, S.J., became acting vice president for mission and ministry on Jan. 2.
Dr. Conor Kelly, associate vice provost for faculty affairs and associate professor of theology, will chair the search committee, which comprises the following:
- Lynn Griffith, chief marketing and communication officer
- Edith Hudson, chief, Marquette University Police Department
- Rev. Michael Rozier, S.J., vice provost for strategic initiatives, Loyola University Chicago, and Marquette University trustee
- Rev. Joe Simmons, S.J., assistant professor of theology
- Kate Trevey, Fotsch Director of Engineering and Innovation Leadership Development, Opus College of Engineering
