The Lemonis Center for Student Success will host its first Student Success Dialogue of the spring semester on Thursday, Feb. 26, at noon in the Lemonis Center Multipurpose Room.
The event will feature a cross-unit conversation on artificial intelligence with:
- Dr. Aesha Adams-Roberts, writing specialist and adjunct professor in the Educational Opportunity Program
- Kate Junk, math specialist in the Educational Opportunity Program
- Emily Raclaw, director of On Your Marq
Presenters will share insights from their work, centering equity, transparency and restorative support for students in an evolving AI landscape.
Topics include AI and academic integrity, equity in practice for first-generation, neurodivergent and multilingual students, navigating hidden curriculum and policy, and restorative approaches over punitive responses.
A light lunch will be provided.
