The Marquette University Police Department and Wellness + Helfaer Recreation will host Blue’s Safety Night on Thursday, Feb. 12, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the first floor of the Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility.
Join for:
- A self-defense class
- A situational awareness demonstration and hands-on activities with MUPD
- Meet and greet with Kristen Kreple, Marquette’s Title IX coordinator, and Estelle Welhouse, confidential campus survivor/victim advocate
- On- and off-campus resources
- Snacks
- An appearance by Blue, MUPD’s community support dog
The first 50 attendees will receive a free T-shirt. No RSVP is required.
