Registration open for spring GROW classes

GROW is Marquette’s employee development program designed to foster learning and growth to help you reach your full potential. Courses offered enhance professional and personal development and increase knowledge of and connection to Marquette and the surrounding community.   

Registration is open for spring GROW classes. Faculty and staff are encouraged to explore professional development opportunities available on the Employee Development webpage . 

GROW classes are offered in three categories: 

  • GROW Your Professional Skills: Courses focused on building competencies and technical skills
  • GROW Personally: Courses designed to enhance quality of life and promote lifelong learning
  • GROW with Marquette University: Courses that foster a deeper understanding of the university, its community and higher education as a whole
