Milwaukee-area business and tech professionals are invited to attend a free two-hour AI training session at Marquette University on Tuesday, Feb. 24. The session, titled “Introduction to AI Agility,” will be held at Dr. E. J. And Margaret O’Brien Hall in the Michels Family Forum from 4 to 6 p.m.
The training will explore the concept of AI agility, an innovative approach that empowers professionals to direct AI tools toward meaningful ends and impactful outcomes. Where AI literacy creates outputs, AI agility creates value.
Introduction to AI Agility will be led by Todd McLees, co-founder of humanskills.ai. McLees is a leading expert in the field of human and AI collaboration. His experience focuses on harnessing the power of AI to unlock capacity, elevate performance and protect well-being in the AI-economy.
McLees will guide conversations on the following subjects:
- Human/AI collaboration best practices
- Strategic delegation: what tasks should be human-led, and when can AI assist?
- Critical evaluation: learn to judge the quality of AI rather than accept outputs at face value

Following this free event, McLees will lead a paid AI training course beginning March 9. The AI Agility 30-Day Challenge will consist of virtual training followed by an in-person workshop day. The curriculum will dive into a deeper understanding of AI tools and real-world applications, including AI fluency, habits for seamless collaboration and ethical and practical guidelines. The AI Agility 30-Day Challenge will be capped at 25 attendees, and attendance at the free training event on Feb. 24 is not required to register.
