Campus Climate Study final report available; additional analysis through data request form

As the spring semester begins and members of the Marquette community return to campus, we invite you to review the Campus Climate final report, which was released in December (campus access or VPN required).

The report identifies four institutional commitments — building trust, investing in faculty and staff, helping every student thrive and strengthening accountability — that will guide continued efforts to cultivate a respectful, welcoming and mission-centered environment for all. These commitments, endorsed by university leadership, are being woven into ongoing initiatives within Marquette’s 2031 Strategic Plan to enhance belonging and well-being across campus.

More information on the final report is available on Marquette Today.

The 2025 Campus Climate Study, the university’s third (previous surveys were conducted in 2015 and 2020), measured perceptions of Marquette’s culture and its effect on community members’ sense of well-being, as well as the extent that all feel like they belong, are respected and are valued regardless of identity. The 2025 survey was made available to students, faculty and staff from Feb. 11 to March 21.

Future updates on progress will be included in Strategic Plan communications. More information, including the executive summary and interactive dashboards, is available on the Campus Climate Study website

Additionally, a data request form is now available for Marquette faculty, staff and students to request additional analyses from the 2025 Campus Climate Study.
