Now enrolling spring cohort of the Marquette Colleagues’ Program

The Marquette Colleagues’ Program was initiated as a means of developing leaders on Marquette’s campus who embody and integrate the mission of the university in the ways they, as staff and faculty members, lead and live.

Jesuit higher education involves more than innovative models of teaching or new sequences of academic courses. In fact, Jesuit higher education is a vision of life and a way of living that was founded in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.

MCP offers a unique opportunity to explore the roots of Jesuit higher education and Ignatian spirituality through the Universal Apostolic Preferences. You’ll learn how these values shape Marquette’s identity and how you can integrate them into your professional and personal life. This isn’t just about theory — it’s about living the mission in meaningful ways.

MCP counts towards earning your Marquette Ignatian Educator of Distinction.
