The Institute for Women’s Leadership invites the Marquette community to celebrate and honor leadership through the 2026 IWL Leadership Awards, presented at the fifth annual IWL Gala on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
The Annual IWL Leadership Awards recognize individuals who inspire change and make a difference in our community and/or around campus. Award categories include:
- IWL Transform Award: Celebrating transformational community leadership
- IWL Inspire Award: Recognizing impactful campus leadership by faculty or staff
- IWL Engage Award: Honoring students leading change on campus or in the community
