Faculty can receive priority in scheduling additional classroom spaces for the spring 2026 semester from Dec. 1-8.
Reservations can be made through 25Live for breakout rooms, review sessions, additional space for exams given throughout the term, special speakers or other classroom needs related to the classes they are teaching.
When making a reservation associated with a class, use the class code in the title (e.g., ARTS 1001 101 Review Session). For information on general pool classroom technology please see: View Classroom Technology by Building.
While requests are processed throughout the term, space may be limited after Dec. 8. Colleges/schools/departments may also move forward with reserving space for meetings and other departmental needs; please note, priority is given to requests directly related to academic classes.
Changes to current classroom assignments must continue to go through the department. Changes to final exam room assignments must be sent to OTR.
