Brand resources available through Office of Marketing and Communication’s Marketing Toolkit

Marquette’s Office of Marketing and Communication maintains a Marketing Toolkit designed to help campus partners represent the university clearly, consistently and confidently across all forms of communication.

As members of the Marquette community, faculty and staff often serve as ambassadors of the Marquette experience — whether creating a flyer, preparing a presentation, updating a webpage or crafting a message to external audiences. The Marketing Toolkit brings together a wide range of resources to support this work, offering guidance on design, writing, photography, video, social media and more.

The toolkit offers an accessible starting point for those seeking to align their materials with the university’s brand standards and visual identity, and the OMC team welcomes suggestions for additional tools that could benefit the campus community.

Notable resources are available for:

  • Presentations and online meetings
  • Writing and messaging
  • Web content management
  • Photography, including campus and activities
  • Print design, including templates
  • Marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Environmental branding
  • Brand messaging, including logo usage guidelines
  • Social media management
  • Video production and permission

Faculty and staff are encouraged to explore the Marketing Toolkit to support their communication efforts and ensure alignment with the university’s brand. Please note the Marketing Toolkit is available via campus access only (or it may also be accessed from off-campus via the university VPN). For questions or suggestions for additional resources, contact the Office of Marketing and Communication at (414) 288-7448.
