
Marquette University’s On Your Marq neurodiversity support program was honored as the 2025 Community Partner of the Year by Disability:IN Wisconsin, recognizing exceptional leadership and impact in promoting disability inclusion in higher education and employer partnerships.
The honor was presented at Disability:IN Wisconsin’s Annual Disability Inclusion Awards Ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 16. Emily Raclaw, director of On Your Marq, and Kiley Sturgeon, executive functioning coach in the Office of Disability Services, were in attendance to accept the award.
On Your Mark joins a cohort of distinguished organizations committed to advancing accessibility, equitability and dignity for people with disabilities.
Since launching in 2019, On Your Marq has become a model for neurodiversity-affirming support, assisting neurodivergent Marquette students in academic success, social belonging and professional readiness. As OYM continues to grow, the program aims to deepen employer engagement, expand mentorship networks and extend its influence beyond campus.
