Dr. Aziz Rahman, an award-winning Wisconsin-based interventional radiologist, will present “Medicine on the Frontiers of Gaza” on Monday, Oct. 13, at 5 p.m. in Weasler Auditorium.
Rahman, who recently served on a medical mission to Nasser Hospital, will discuss patient care under siege conditions, as well as the ethics and logistics of delivering care in resource-constrained settings.
The event is hosted by Students for Justice in Palestine and co-sponsored by the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures.
