The Sabbatical Review Committee will begin reviewing sabbatical fellowship applications and plans from eligible faculty, as well as sabbatical reports from last year, after Oct. 15.
Faculty: To ensure your submission meets the committee’s requirements, use these guidelines. Your dean or dean’s designee will submit your paperwork to the Office of Faculty Affairs on your behalf. Confirmation of that submission will be provided by Jobey Clarke.
The SRC requires that all fellowship applications, plans and reports be accompanied by the approval form to document required approvals from department chairs — if applicable — deans, the SRC committee and associate vice provost.
Note: Colleges and schools often have earlier deadlines to allow adequate time to complete this approval process. Faculty are encouraged to verify deadlines with their dean’s office and to ensure their reports or plans and fellowship applications, as applicable, are submitted to their dean’s office by the college or school deadline.
