The My Wellness program began on Sept. 1 and runs through Aug. 14, 2026. The My Wellness program provides activities that reward you for evaluating and making simple, sustainable changes to improve your life.
My Wellness focuses on physical, financial, emotional and spiritual wellness. Employees and their spouses enrolled in a Marquette medical insurance plan will continue to have the opportunity to earn Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) dollars based on their participation in the program and their medical insurance plan election the following year.
There are also giveaways throughout the year for eligible participation. The program opportunities and point structure are easy to understand and are tracked on the Marquette My Wellness portal.
There are many activities that can earn points, including:
- Visiting a primary care provider
- Completing one of the many free health coaching programs
- Participating in the various wellness challenges throughout the year (see schedule below)
- Many more that can be found on the My Wellness program information page
New activities this year include visiting the Employee Wellness Center in Coughlin Hall (which is temporarily closed for maintenance) and an enhanced vaccination activity that allows for a wider array of vaccinations to be counted.
