TMA system unavailable Aug. 14-15 for upgrades

TMA, the work order request system used by Facilities Planning and Management, will be unavailable during an upgrade Thursday, Aug. 14, and Friday, Aug. 15. 

The new cloud-based system allows users to submit requests without connecting to the university VPN. Simply log in with your Marquette credentials, and the system will automatically save your contact information to speed up future submissions. 

During the outage, users will not be able to submit new maintenance requests or review the status of current requests.  

For emergency requests (including biohazard cleanup, fire, card reader malfunctions, elevators, plumbing issues in private bathrooms, flooding/leaks, broken glass/windows, hot water issues, air conditioning issues and power issues): 

  • Call Facilities Management and Planning during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at (414) 288-7043. 
  • Call the Marquette University Police Department outside of business hours at (414) 288-6800. 

Those with non-urgent or routine requests should wait until upgrades are complete to submit their work order directly into the system.
