The Graduate School at Marquette University will welcome incoming graduate students with a comprehensive orientation program on Tuesday, Aug. 19, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Weasler Auditorium.
Designed to help students transition smoothly into graduate life, the event will introduce university resources, services and key academic policies. All new graduate students are required to attend, either in person or online.
The orientation will be split into two parts:
- 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.: Students can explore resource and service tables outside Weasler Auditorium. Optional activities during this time include picking up Marquette ID cards at Union Station in the Alumni Memorial Union (first floor), and optional campus tours beginning at 4:30 p.m.
- 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.: A formal orientation presentation will take place inside the auditorium, covering essential information on academic expectations and student support services.
Students planning to attend in person are encouraged to RSVP as soon as possible.
