This fall, more than 1,200 students arrived on campus to pursue graduate and professional degrees at Marquette University in the Graduate School, Graduate School of Management, College of Health Sciences, School of Dentistry and Marquette Law School.

Graduate School and Graduate School of Management 

  • 736 students from 39 U.S. states and 17 countries 
  • 27% students of color  
  • 11% international  
  • 18% are Marquette undergraduate alumni 

College of Health Sciences 

  • 184 students from 23 U.S. states and countries 
  • More than 1,750 students applied 
  • 47% of students are admitted on accelerated tracks 
  • Average age is 22 
  • 26% students of color 

School of Dentistry 

  • 100 students from 16 states and Mexico 
  • Received 3,106 applications from all 50 states and several countries  
  • Graduates from 38 colleges and universities  
  • Average age is 21 
  • 12% students of color  
  • 58% are women 
  • Median undergraduate GPA is 3.75 

Marquette Law School 

  • 219 students from 29 states. Of these students, 217 are full time. 
  • More than 2,100 students applied 
  • 106 undergraduate schools and 54 undergraduate majors represented. 46% enrolled directly after completing their undergraduate degree. 
  • Average age is 24 
  • 18% students of color 
  • 52% are Wisconsin residents 
  • 57% are women 
  • Median undergraduate GPA is 3.70
