Rethink Your Drink Challenge: Increase water consumption and earn My Wellness points in program year’s final wellness challenge

The Rethink Your Drink Challenge encourages employees to increase their water intake in an effort to reach the recommended 64 ounces of water daily. Registration is now open.

The challenge runs Monday, July 14, through Sunday, Aug. 10. Those who consume at least 64 ounces of water and record this intake at least five days per week for each of the four weeks of the challenge will receive 25 My Wellness points. All activity must be recorded by noon on Monday, Aug. 11. This is the final wellness challenge in the 2024-25 My Wellness program year (which ends on Aug. 15) and thus one of the final opportunities to earn points that can lead to some of the various incentives and rewards of program participation.

How do I enroll in the challenge? 

Go to the My Wellness portal and enter your personal username and password. Select challenges from the upper menu or dashboard tile. Under “Available Challenges,” select “Get Started” and “Continue.” You are now enrolled in the challenge. First-time users should see the “How do I enroll?” section on the My Wellness Program website. 

How do I log my activity? 

Log in to the My Wellness portal and click on the “Challenges” tile. Select “Rethink Your Drink Challenge.” Select a date and then enter water intake in ounces. After entering the amount, click “Submit.” Participants should log the previous week’s activities prior to the start of each new week.

How am I eligible for My Wellness points and chances for giveaway prizes? 

The goal is to consume at least 64 ounces of water a day for at least five days a week. Participants who meet the goal throughout the entire four-week challenge and record this intake in the My Wellness portal will be awarded 25 My Wellness points. Participants who consume at least 64 ounces of water daily for at least five days in any given week will also be entered into the weekly prize giveaway (the week ends each Sunday at 7 p.m.). The challenge will be held Monday, July 14, through Sunday, Aug. 10. Registration began Monday, July 7. All activity must be recorded by Aug. 11 to receive My Wellness points.
