Join Mission and Ministry for the fourth annual Ignatian Summer Series, which kicks off Wednesday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility.
This event is free and open to all. Registration can be found online.
This is a time to explore Ignatian Spirituality through an artistic lens. Explore the art of making bread, creating a stained-glass art piece and walking in prayer for our own Camino at Lake Michigan. In addition, the retreat will offer seminars on the life of St. Ignatius, discernment of spirits and the Apostolic Preferences. These seminars will count toward the Marquette Ignatian Educator of Distinction.
For each session attended, participants will have their name added to a drawing for Marquette swag. The more sessions attended, the more times participants can have their name added. The winner will be selected randomly at the final event.
