Raynor Library’s RefWorks service — a proprietary tool for managing research citations — will end as of Aug. 31. Zotero, a robust open-source alternative, will take its place as the citation manager supported by the library.
Patrons who have RefWorks data they wish to save should export it by the Aug. 31 deadline. Tutorials, workshops and other helpful information related to moving data out of RefWorks, getting started with Zotero and general research citation management is available on the support page.
