Seventh FELOS Leadership Development cohort selected 

The Office of Faculty Affairs and Dr. Gary Meyer announced the names of faculty selected to take part in the FELOS Faculty Leadership Development Program

The cohort includes:

  • Dr. Walter Bialkowski, associate professor of practice of computer science in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
  • Dr. Emily Cramer, associate professor in health communication in the Diederich College of Communication
  • Dr. Alison Efford, associate professor of history in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
  • William Fliss, manuscripts archivist in Raynor Memorial Library
  • Chris Geiser, clinical associate professor and athletic training director in the College of Health Sciences
  • Dr. Sally Gendron, professor of languages, literatures and cultures in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
  • Dr. Jenna Green, teaching assistant professor of English in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences
  • Elisabeta Karl, associate professor and associate dean of academic affairs in the School of Dentistry
  • Andrei Mihailovic, acquisitions librarian in the Raynor Memorial Library
  • Dr. Ann Millard, clinical assistant professor of occupational therapy in the College of Health Sciences
  • Dr. Jennifer Ohlendorf, associate professor in the College of Nursing
  • Dr. Lee Za Ong, associate professor of counselor education and counseling psychology in the College of Education
  • Brian Spaid, chair and associate professor of marketing in the College of Business Administration
  • Dr. Kathryn Wagner, associate professor of economics in the College of Business Administration
  • Dr. Bin Wang, chair and associate professor of finance in the College of Business Administration
  • Dr. Amber Young-Brice, associate dean for academic affairs in the College of Nursing

Over the course of the academic year, FELOS will gain insight into their own leadership characteristics, examine various leadership philosophies, increase their understanding of the Marquette University structure, make meaningful connections with colleagues across campus, prepare for the challenges facing leaders in higher education today, increase their ability to successfully take on campus leadership roles, and reflect on Ignatian principles of leadership.
