The Marquette community came together for its eighth annual Give Marquette Day on Tuesday, March 4, to support the people, places and programs that create a transformative Marquette education.
Over 5,300 donors across all 50 states and around the globe (including Puerto Rico, Australia and the United Kingdom) united to raise more than $4 million, making it the university’s most successful giving day to date. Thank you Marquette family for the unwavering support on Give Marquette Day.
This year, more than 1,300 young alumni participated in this 24-hour tradition, and the contributions of the Young Alumni Leadership Council (YALC) provided 12 lucky students with golden tickets, unlocking additional support for the students’ chosen funds on campus.
Blue, the Marquette University Police Department community support dog, celebrated his third birthday as part of Give Marquette Day. A special thank you to those who joined the celebration in the Alumni Memorial Union to donate and say happy birthday to MUPD Blue.
