The Department of Facilities Planning and Management is accepting applications for its Student Summer Crew. Members of the Summer Crew assist Facilities Planning and Management in preparing residential spaces for summer and the upcoming academic year.
View the application and job description online. Eligible applicants must be current undergraduate or graduate students who will be continuing to take classes in summer 2025 or fall 2025. Applications are due Friday, March 7.
Responsibilities include preparing rooms and common area spaces for the residential building turnover process, conducting inventory management, moving and setting up furniture, and preparing buildings for summer conference guests and fall move-in.
Summer Crew also serves as resources to conference guests, maintaining a sense of hospitality to those staying at Marquette during the summer. Duties include preparing rooms, laying linens, organizing keys and staffing front desks.
