Share your feedback on campus culture via the Campus Climate Study

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to complete the Campus Climate Survey, a valuable opportunity to anonymously share feedback regarding your experience at Marquette.

This survey measures perceptions of Marquette’s culture and its effect on your sense of well-being, as well as the extent that all community members feel like they belong, are respected and are valued regardless of identity.

Information gathered through the Campus Climate Survey is crucial for university leadership in developing action items as part of the 2031 strategic plan, Guided by Mission, Inspired to Change

Complete the survey at mu.edu/climate-survey.

The survey can be taken from any computer or smartphone. Paper copies of the survey are also available upon request.

Marquette has structured the survey be anonymous:

  • The survey is built within Qualtrics survey software, and the functionality to minimize personal data collection is set up, resulting in an anonymous survey link. IP addresses are not tracked.
  • The only question that is required in the survey asks you to identify whether you are an undergraduate student, graduate student, faculty member or staff member. All other questions, including those related to demographics and specific departments, are optional and can be skipped if you feel uncomfortable answering.

Following the completion of the Campus Climate Survey, participants can complete a separate form for the chance to win prizes, including Marquette swag bags and a free coffee from the AMU Brew Cafe. This survey is not tied to your Campus Climate Survey response and is optional. Giveaway rules are available online
