The Find Your 30 Challenge and the AJCU Go Move Challenge conclude later this month.
The Find Your 30 Challenge is part of the My Wellness program and participants can earn points towards the wellness incentive that can lead to FSA or HSA contributions from the university for those enrolled in a Marquette medical insurance plan. All participants are also entered into a raffle for weekly giveaways. Instructions for how to register and log activity can be found on the Employee Wellness site.
The annual Go Move Challenge is a competition amongst Jesuit colleges and universities to see which school’s employees can obtain the most physical activity for the month of February. To sign up and log minutes, go to the Go Move Challenge website. A list of frequently asked questions about participation are also available online. Participation in the Go Move Challenge can not only be tracked as activity for the Find Your 30 Challenge but also as a My Wellness Your Way Experience for an additional 10 points in the My Wellness portal.
