Brand update to Marquette.edu website improves design, consistency and user experience

The Office of Marketing and Communication and IT Services partnered to deliver a brand update to the marquette.edu university website on Thursday, Jan. 30, using new typography and graphical elements to provide a more consistent look and feel to sites and pages across the marquette.edu domain for the more than five million visitors to the website each year. 

The update was implemented simultaneously throughout nearly 10,000 pages on the marquette.edu website, making it the largest single-day web update in the history of marquette.edu. This major update reflects the recent marquette.edu redesign, launched in October  2024

The October redesign took place across a set of eight highly visible websites that account for 31% of marquette.edu pageviews each year, including the Marquette homepage; the About, Academics, Admissions and Visit websites; and the Undergraduate Admissions website, as well as a newly created Campus Life page.
