With the opening of the new Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility, the Employee Wellness Center has received a FitBench and an additional treadmill. This, combined with the improved technology added in the fall, further enhances this employee asset.
The Employee Wellness Center is a free, dedicated wellness space exclusive to Marquette faculty and staff. The facility comprises equipment for cardio, agility, flexibility and free weight training, as well as restroom, shower and water-filling facilities. The center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Before using the facility, employees must sign a waiver in the Campus Recreation member portal. Employees do not need to be a Rec Center member to use the Employee Wellness Center.

Marquette provides resources to help you manage your health, track your activity, support your financial wellness and more. The program also includes 1:1 confidential coaching resources at no cost.
