‘Conflict and Negotiation Styles: Mine, Yours, Ours,’ with Dr. Alexandra Crampton, Jan. 16 

The Institute for Women’s Leadership will host a workshop, “Conflict and Negotiation Styles: Mine, Yours, Ours,” led by Dr. Alexandra Crampton, associate professor of social and cultural sciences in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences, on Thursday, Jan. 16, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in Sensenbrenner Hall 304. 

This workshop is designed to help participants develop strategies to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts in personal and professional settings.  

A light lunch will be served. Register online to attend

This workshop will include:  

  • Practical tools to identify and adapt to different conflict and negotiation styles  
  • Hands-on activities, including role-play and discussions, to navigate difficult conversations with confidence  
  • Strategies to strengthen collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively  
  • Participants will develop actionable strategies skills and a deeper understanding of their own conflict and negotiation styles, as well as how to work effectively with others.
