The Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion is providing a trail mix bar on Monday, Oct. 21, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the 707 Building, room 130. Students are invited to stop in any time to make their own bag of trail mix with a variety of ingredients while learning information on how to budget and meal prep.
