Annual Benefits Enrollment starts Oct. 21 and runs through Nov. 4

Annual Benefits Enrollment runs from Monday, Oct. 21, through Monday, Nov. 4, at 4 p.m.

What do I need to do? 

  • Evaluate and enroll starting Oct. 21: Review the materials on the Annual Benefits Enrollment 2025 website for details. 
  • Determine if you want to change your medical plan or the family members you cover. If covering a spouse on medical, you must complete the spousal surcharge waiver if they do not have access to employer provided medical coverage. 
  • Decide if you would like to enroll in the new Aura Identity Theft and Financial Fraud Protection benefit, FSA or HSA, or add other benefits. 
  • Schedule a confidential, phone or virtual appointment with a benefits educator by calling (877) 759-7668 or through the benefits enrollment website. Appointment slots will be available during annual enrollment. You can also self-enroll. 

Highlights for 2025 

By now you should have received the Annual Benefits Enrollment flyer at your home. You learned that: 

  • There are no medical plan changes; deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance and out-of-pocket maximums remain unchanged. Medical plan premiums increased, but all other premiums remain unchanged for 2025. 
  • We have a new Identity Theft and Financial Fraud Protection benefit. 
  • We have two new services available (no need to enroll): Medicare eligibility and education service via Brown & Brown and Emerging Care service via UMR.  
  • The Wellness year began Sept. 1 and will continue through Aug. 15, 2025. You’ll see opportunities to earn points toward rewards on the Employee Wellness website.
