OIRA launches new internal census reports, updates public reports and website

New internal census reports from the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis (OIRA) are now available on the dataMarq report catalog for all Marquette faculty and staff who are FERPA-trained. Updated public reports, accessible to non-FERPA-trained faculty and staff and the public, are available via OIRA’s website

These reports contain official university statistics on student enrollment, student outcomes, faculty, employees and course offerings. The new internal census reports also offer several additional features, including more robust cross-filtering and the ability to view preliminary (pre-census) data.

As part of this transition, OIRA reorganized its section of the dataMarq report catalog to make it easier to navigate. Namely, reports are organized into broad umbrellas (e.g., courses, enrollment, surveys) with some minor changes to report names.

To assist with navigating the new internal census reports, OIRA is offering several GROW with Marquette sessions:

  • In-person Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
  • In-person  Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
  • Virtual Friday, October 4, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Use the links above to register on EventBrite using code: GROW.

Attendees must be FERPA-trained and bring a laptop.

Not sure if you’re FERPA-trained? If you can access this report, you are. If you can’t access the report but believe you are FERPA-trained, please contact oira@marquette.edu
