Dr. Lee Za Ong, associate professor of counselor education and counseling psychology in the College of Education, was selected by her colleagues to receive the 2024 Fr. Pedro Arrupe, S.J., Faculty Colleague Award.

The Fr. Pedro Arrupe, S.J., Faculty Colleague Award is designed to recognize and celebrate a faculty colleague whose extraordinary generosity towards others will stand out as an example for all in the coming year.

Ong stood out for her willingness to go above and beyond for her students and excellence as a connector across colleges.
