Gordo’s Bubble Waffles, a bubble tea and ice cream shop, will open its doors on Friday, April 12, at 1633 W. Wells St., the storefront that previously hosted Dogg Haus.
This is Gordo’s second location, joining the restaurant’s established Bay View establishment (2301 S. Howell Ave.). Gordo’s menu includes mini-pancakes, ice cream by the scoop, milkshakes, coffee, tea and bubble waffles – a sweet twist on the traditional breakfast food.
