Faculty and staff are asked to include full recipient details while labeling Campus Mail to ensure successful delivery.
This includes:
- Employee name
- Department name (spelled out, no acronyms)
Our campus features many acronyms, which can be confusing for new hires. Spelling out the full department name helps with clarity.
Campus Mail is Marquette’s free, inter-office mail system. Items must be placed in manila-colored campus mail envelopes with a complete office name clearly written. Items will be sent to the the mailroom within the recipient’s department suite or office.
